Day month coordination details

This package is for the couples who have already planned their wedding, but who needs assistance during the day of the wedding so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your biggest moment.

• Initial consultation with the bride and the groom to find out information about your wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow (Between 30 to 35 days before the wedding date at office or over zoom)
• Final consultation with the bride, groom and the families to brief on day’s proceedings. (Between 7 to 14 days before the wedding date)
• Attend final meeting with the hotel/ caterer
• Attend final meeting with the florist.
• 3 Customized wedding day schedules for key suppliers
• Final receipt of wedding items to be set up on wedding day, such as cake boxes, wedding invitation, wedding favors, toasting glasses, table numbers, poruwa items/ gifts.
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
• Make sure table numbers, cake boxes, wedding favors are correctly placed
• On-site coordination and management on the wedding day
• Making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Champagne toast, going away.
• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be handed over to pre-arranged individual nominated by the client
• Provide a stress free day for the bride, groom& the wedding party
